Watercolor is a playful medium that continually reveals itself.
Together we will analyze the many ways water, paint and brush combine for the delicacy and flow. Find wash, glaze and blending come alive through the stages of painting. Artists who want to fine-tune their skills and beginners who want to learn the basics will be enchanted with watercolor - and have fun along the way!
Friday, April 20 Experiment with paint and water as you paint landscapes and still lifes - so that your understanding of watercolor is fuller and deeper.
Saturday, April 21 Work with wash and glaze, wet and dry. Practice the flexibility of your brush and your hand. Then, relax and have fun with your paints!
Sunday, April 22 Use a simple formula to analyze your subject and paint it with confidence.
